Telehealth & Telemedicine Services
When clinically appropriate, we offer secure telehealth and telemedicine services through an encrypted, HIPAA-compliant platform. Telehealth services are provided only to patients located in Massachusetts — currently the only state in which our clinicians are licensed to practice telehealth — and require completion of intake and informed-consent documentation. Telehealth may not be suitable for every condition or situation; our clinical team determines whether virtual care is appropriate, and technical failures may require rescheduling or an in-person visit.
Prescriptions & Medications
Grand Rising Behavioral Health does not dispense, sell, or ship medications through this Site or otherwise. Medication is prescribed only when clinically appropriate, following an evaluation by a licensed clinician within an established provider–patient relationship — use of this Site does not entitle you to a prescription. All prescriptions are transmitted electronically to an external, licensed pharmacy of your choice, where they are filled and dispensed.
Payment & Insurance
We are an out-of-network provider and work with commercial insurance plans offering out-of-network benefits, as well as private pay. Insurance verification is provided as a courtesy and does not guarantee coverage or final cost; our admissions team provides clear cost information before you begin services. Contact admissions at (781) 604-1956 with any questions about pricing.
