Detox Is Step One. Plan What Comes Next.

Detox clears your body. It doesn't teach you how to stay well — and the weeks right after discharge carry the highest risk of relapse. That's what continuing care is for.

Grand Rising provides structured outpatient treatment in Norwood, MA: partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP), for substance use and co-occurring mental health. Call us and we'll check your insurance benefits at no cost. And if you still need a detox or residential bed first, tell us — we'll help you find one, even if it isn't with us.

How It Works

1

1. Call, or request a free benefits check

Tell us where you are — in detox now, about to go in, or recently discharged. We verify your insurance at no cost and tell you in plain numbers what you would actually pay. No obligation, and nothing goes on your record by asking.

2. We help you find the right level of care

If you need detox or residential treatment first, we will connect you with a program that takes your plan — even when that program is not us. If structured outpatient care is the right next step, we schedule your intake and coordinate directly with your discharge planner.

3

3. Begin structured outpatient treatment

PHP and IOP at our Norwood facility: small groups, individual therapy, psychiatry and medication management, and relapse-prevention skills — built around the life you are returning to. Private insurance and self-pay.
