Detox Is Step One. Plan What Comes Next.

Detox is the first step, not the last. The weeks right after discharge carry the highest risk of relapse — which is exactly when structured outpatient care matters most. Grand Rising offers partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) in Norwood, MA for substance use and co-occurring mental health. No waitlist — admission can start the same day you call. And if a detox or residential bed is needed first, tell us and we'll help find one, even if it isn't with us.

How It Works

1

1. Call today — or request a free benefits check

Tell us where you are — in detox now, about to go in, or recently discharged. We verify your insurance at no cost and tell you in plain numbers what you would actually pay. No obligation, and nothing goes on your record by asking.

2

2. We help you find the right level of care

If you need detox or residential treatment first, we will connect you with a program that takes your plan — even when that program is not us. If structured outpatient care is the right next step, we schedule your intake and coordinate directly with your discharge planner.

3

3. Start treatment — often the same week

No long waitlist. PHP and IOP at our Norwood facility: small groups, individual therapy, psychiatry and medication management, and relapse-prevention skills — built around the life you're returning to. Private insurance and self-pay.
