Provide compassionate, evidence-based individual and group therapy to adults in our outpatient programs (PHP, IOP, and OP) in Norwood, MA. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, facilitating sessions, and coordinating care with our multidisciplinary team. Qualifications: master's degree in a behavioral health field and current Massachusetts licensure or license-eligibility (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT). Experience with CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care preferred.
