Responsibilities include monitoring client well-being, supporting group activities, documenting observations, and upholding safety protocols. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's preferred), a reliable and compassionate demeanor, and prior experience in a behavioral health or care setting preferred.
